Important: Please include a screenshot of the error or the issue you are seeing.

• Why? Most issues are caused by compatibility settings (like opening an Excel file in Google Sheets) or software versions. A screenshot helps us identify the problem instantly so we can send you the correct fix or file version.

Returns & Support

Refunds & Cancellations

The 30-Day Satisfaction Policy

If the product does not meet your expectations, or if you simply made a mistake in your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days. To claim a refund, simply email support at contact@support.enrori.com with your order number.

Effect of Refund (License Revocation)

Please note that all refunds are processed as order cancellations.

• License Voided: Once a refund is issued, your license to use the product is immediately voided.

• Access Revoked: Your unique download link will be deactivated, and you will lose access to any future updates or re-downloads.

Refund Processing Times

• PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

• Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
